Synopsis
A man fishes inside a glass — not for fish, but for meaning. First with hope, then out of habit, finally with empty hands. Blending hand-drawn animation and AI, this surreal short explores delusion, routine, and clarity — framed by real hands that begin and end the cycle. It asks: what do we choose to show — or hide — when the game loses its purpose? A quiet meditation on perception, futility, and the absurdity of clinging to illusions.
About
I’m a digital artist working at the intersection of minimalism and metaphor. My practice starts with observation: a hand, a tap, a glass — and asks what inner world they might contain. I use AI not as a shortcut, but as a collaborator — one that helps me test ideas fast, play boldly, and build small universes without a studio. When the tool stumbles, I listen: sometimes a ‘glitch’ is the most honest part of the story. For me, [dis]play means taking the mundane seriously — and the fantastic, lightly. This film is my answer to that invitation.
