What begins as “self-improvement” turns into media-driven radicalization. This film is a cautionary tale about the content we consume, influencer culture, and the modern attention economy. It explores how a person can lose themselves inside an endless feed of “advice,” conspiracies, and junk science. (insert fart noise)
