Synopsis

In a near-future American city, NEURA Corporation controls the neural network that connects everyday life. RED, a former major-crimes detective, loses his wife and daughter in a crime linked to NEURA’s illegal booster technology. When the evidence is erased and the case is rewritten, he continues the investigation alone—only to be attacked and left for dead. RED awakens with a red optical implant and a mechanical left arm created with the very technology he despises. Abandoning his badge, he follows the booster network from the rain-soaked lower districts toward the corporation at the center of the city. The technology that connects society has disconnected RED from his family, his body and the truth. To reclaim his agency, he must turn that technology against its creator.
